Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and dpf4u ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the dpf4u platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

dpf4u operates under international licensing and provides online casino and sports betting services to eligible players. This platform is intended exclusively for adults who meet all stated eligibility requirements.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use dpf4u services, every user must meet the following requirements:

dpf4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the identity card (MyKad), passport, or recent proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at dpf4u at any one time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Account holders are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring their username and password are kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Reporting to the dpf4u support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Updating personal information when any changes occur, particularly mobile phone numbers and email addresses.
• Ensuring all financial transactions in the account are from legitimate sources.

dpf4u will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's negligence in safeguarding their own login credentials.

dpf4u accepts financial transactions through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank as examples), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The applicable transaction limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes for approved withdrawals.

All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. dpf4u does not accept any payments on behalf of third parties. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, subject to security verification requirements.

dpf4u offers various promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to stated wagering requirements. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise.

For example, a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100 bringing the balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 to be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. A deposit of RM1,800 receives a bonus of RM888 bringing the balance to RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

dpf4u provides an online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, dpf4u will not be liable for:

• Inaccurate information provided by players during registration or verification.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login details.

dpf4u reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following situations occur:

• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• The player registers multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Breach of any provision within these Terms.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the dpf4u support team via live chat or email. For self-exclusion cases related to problem gambling, dpf4u will process the request with high priority.

dpf4u reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision in these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision alone will be considered void while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
